All our prices for France include the TVA [VAT] (all state taxes included only for orders within France and European Union (CEE).

All our goods are in stock. The normal delivery time is two to five working days (shipping time not included), except during public and school holidays. We will inform you if your item is temporarily unavailable.

Shipping and Postage
In France and Dom Tom: by Colissimo Direct suivi. Postage charge to customer of 6,50 . Orders can be tracked from their shipping point to their delivery to your mailbox. Normal shipping time of 48 hours.

In Europe: postage charge to customer of 15,00 . Orders are shipped by Colissimo Suivi Europe for Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Balearic Islands, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, the Azores, Madeira and the Canary Islands . They can be tracked from their shipping point to their delivery on receipt of signature. Shipping time of 2 to 5 days depending on the destination.

Other Countries in Europe: postage charge to customer of 19,00 . Delivery by priority international mail. Shipping times, usually of 1 to 2 weeks depending on the destination, are not guaranteed.

Other Countries: postage charge to customer of 25,00 Euros. Delivery by priority international mail. Shipping times, usually of 1 to 3 weeks depending on the destination, are not guaranteed.

Note: At your request, we can quote a price and ship by a specific carrier, with all charges for the service at your expense. Please contact us about it.

If your order is deliveried outside of the European Union (EEC) you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Payment is due on receipt of your order, and can be made:
By credit card: this kind of transfer is generated by the secure-server of our bank, the Societe General, by its offer SOGENACTIF. The Centre de Musique Baroque de Versailles never had access to your credit card informations. If you order with an account domicilated outside of France, your bank can charge a commission. You should contact your bank for further information.

By cheque: please note that it is essential for your cheque to be clearable in France and be made out in Euros to CMBV. All bank charges arising from the transaction are at the customers expense.

By bank-to-bank direct transfer: by presenting at your bank our order-form, which gives all our banking reference numbers. Please, note that you have to write on the form :


  • our order-form reference, for a faster delivery.
We recommand you to ask to your bank how much are all the charges : usually there are expensive. If we have not the total amount asked, we should delivery an incomplete order.

Volume Discounts
A discount of 5% is offered for orders of 20 or more copies

Payment made for the hire of material stands for a maximum duration of one year (inclusive of dispatch and return), regardless of the number of concerts. There will be no discount for early returns. This material comes in the form of a kit, comprising all the instrumental partbooks required for a performance. Requests must be made in writing to Les ditions du CMBV, giving the date by which the material is required, details of concerts (dates and venues), names of the musicians or ensemble, and the expected date of return. Hire is subject to full acceptance of the conditions set out in the contract, which will be sent by Les ditions du CMBV before the material is made available. A deposit is required before the material can be dispatched.

Shipped articles belong entirely to the CMBV until paid for in full.
